Tailored K9 Training
The Balanced dog training approach combines positive reinforcement with corrective measures to effectively modify a dog’s behaviour. Here are the key elements:
Positive Reinforcement: Reward your dog for desired behaviours. For instance, give treats immediately after your puppy goes outside to reinforce good habits during house-training.
Negative Correction: Use humane startle tactics, such as a brief leash and collar correction (lasting only 1 second), to interrupt undesirable behaviour. For example, correct your dog for unnecessary reactions to specific stimuli and reward them for not reacting.
Additionally, our training services cover various areas:
- Loose Lead Walking
- Recall Training
- Basic Obedience and Good Manners
- Puppy Training
- Addressing Any Problem Behaviours
We prioritize force-free training, provided it aligns with your breed and specific requirements.
